At Seattle Coffee Gear, we want you to love your brew; if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return most new, unused items within 30 days for a full refund. Please note that consumable items like coffee beans are non-returnable to ensure the highest quality and safety standards.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal or contact our customer support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Pack Your Gear
Carefully pack your items in their original manufacturer packaging, including all manuals and accessories, and place them inside a separate shipping box.
Ship It Back
Affix your prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at the designated carrier location to send it back to our Seattle warehouse.
Receive Your Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned equipment, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
